SYNOPSIS

Botero is a dance show, performed only by people with down syndrome, freely inspired by the works of Colombian artist Fernando Botero.

A research of the physical similarities between the characters of Botero's works and the bodies of the performers, having as a starting point the propositions of some canvases that come to life in the graphic animations of Irmão vilarouca and in the choreographic games.

A show full of nuances that gives space to the autonomy of the movement and the individual potential of the performers, valuing the image, spontaneity and personality of each artist on stage.
