“Marcio Cunha was eighteen years old when I auditioned for the first time at Studio Casa de Pedra for dancers. I sympathized with him as soon as I saw him move.
He already proved to be very proactive, lively and restless. He participated in two shows of the Company as a dancer-creator (Presenças no Tempo e Sonoridades), always expressive, energetic and with a strong scenic presence. We had fun and shared many good and important things at the beginning of the construction of my Company.
Years passed and he became a teacher, an educator, a choreographer, a painter, a sculptor and a competent art entrepreneur, and today he is the father of a beautiful boy named Francisco.
Marcio is talented, curious and persevering. It has already placed several creations in the world, and will continue to venture into this creative universe. Director of the newest dance space in Lumiar, Calu, a space that is already shining and promoting art and culture. Marcio is thirsty to live and share the world with great integrity and generosity.
